Pesto....Presto!


Yep, Abby says, we definitely need to make some pesto!


Combine the follow in the blender:

3 full cups of fresh, organic basil leaves
1/2 cup pine nuts (you can also use walnuts though I prefer pine)
1/2 cup of unrefined olive oil
3/4 cup of grated parmesan or asiago cheese
4 cloves of garlic
real salt to taste


Pesto in 4 minutes.  Now I am off to take a just-slaughtered-free-range organic chicken out of my freezer and dress him up in this!
