My Favorite "Fat Bomb"

"Fat Bombs" and the "ketogenic diet" are all the rage right now......I believe in some of it.
Healthy, organic fats like organic, coconut oil and organic, grass-fed ghee ARE reeallllly good for you to consume. (I eat massive amounts, as do the kiddos.)

Ridiculous amounts of bacon are not.....

Anyway, when I have a craving for something sweet, this is one of my favorites!
This is one serving.  Barely.  Adjust amounts for large gaggle of children. 😜

2 T. organic sunflower butter
2 T. grass-fed butter (or coconut oil, or grass-fed ghee -- you choose!)
1 t. raw cocoa powder
3 T. organic, shredded coconut, unsweetened
couple drops stevia
dash of real vanilla

Stir this all into a bowl.  Don't even bother to refrigerate or make it into "energy balls" -- that's a waste. You're going to eat it all anyway.  Just grab a spoon and dive in!
